We find that many of our clients want to comunicate with us regularly via email, especially after a phone consultation or having read TODD BOOKS. We encourage it, because it really is the most cost-effective and convenient way to have a 'coach' in your corner.

Here's how we do it:

We take a one hundred dollar, good-faith deposit by charging your credit card.

You send Todd an email directly with your specific business marketing or sales queries. He will respond via email within 24 hours. He keeps a time sheet reflecting his time working on your account and we will draw down on your deposit

After that, we bill you at a rate of $75 per hour. We will send electronic statements on a monthly basis. (Normally, a client will average a few hours total per month at first, then much less going forward, usually no more than 2 hours per month in email response time.)
