Actually the idea for these phone consultations came from an assignment: A few years ago, Todd was hired by Ashley Tedesco, of Media Arts Incorporated (now The Thomas Kinkade Co.). He was asked to go up to Monterrey and in the Media Arts recording studio, he taped a series of fifteen minute 'interviews' on various topics of sales training.

Ashley then arranged a series of national conference calls in which the sessions first played for a group of dealers around the nation, all of whom were on the same conference call.

Afterward, Todd, who was also on the call, fielded questions about that sesson's topics from those dealers who had 'called in'. There were anywhere from twenty to thirty people included on any one phone call.

We were impressed with Ashley's idea, but more to the point,at how effective the calls were. The dealers responded enthusiastically, receiving much needed training for the staff with a minimum amount of arrangement and inconveniece.

Since then we have done these training sessions with galleries with quite a bit of benefit.

If you would like to arrange a similar conference call training session for you and your staff, please use our toll free number shown at the right, and call "Mo." She will give you the details, fax you a contract and arrange a telephone appointment pursuant to a schedule that is convenient for you. Any number of people can be online simultaneously, calling from the gallery or anywhere in the U.S. In addition, you have the option of receiving a CD recording of the session for ongoing use.

Fees start at only $150 per hour for a consult with up to two people, (NOT including the telephone charges, of course). Fees can range upward depending on how many others are on the call, and how much preparation is required.

We find, however, that a LOT OF BENEFIT can be created in a short one hour conference call, right from your own gallery, at a time that is convenient for you and your staff -- at that weekly meeting, for example.

There are some parameters to it. Call Mo to find out how to best take advantage of the call and how to prepare for note taking. Click here to register for information, Or email Mo by using the 'email us' link above.
